Adam Pope is originally from Winston-Salem, NC. He grew up in a very musical household where he heard Gospel, Country, Bluegrass and Oldies music.
After learning to play guitar from his great-grandfather at age 15, he began writing songs and playing in local churches, coffeshops, bars, and even prisons.
He made the move to Nashville in February of 2006 with the goal of making a living as an entertainer songwriter. He has recorded two albums of original material, a roots album, and is currently working on a new project featuring his original band and sound. It should be available this spring.
